Im jo a mobile massage therapist
Ive always loved going to spas and salons but always hated the part when i have to drive back home . And walking in a busy spa just sent my anxiety through the roof
So around 5 years back i decided to train in massage therapy
At first i was doing Friends and family and people who i done care work for as some did not like to leave there home and then i started to provide treatments for more people
I absolutely love meeting new people
I get to listen to some amazing stories
I love the idea of taking the spa to someones home so they feel completely relaxed and calm no stress no traffic

This treatment focuses on the area of the body that is a problem spot for most people. The neck and shoulders are areas where we tend to hold our tension and stress. Sustained postures such as sitting at a desk or computer all day, breast feeding or excessive emotional stress can contribute to muscular tightness and joint stiffness. Leaving this untreated can result in neck pain, headache or migraine.

This full body massage uses varying traditional techniques to calm the nervous system, and help you unwind and de stress. It will improve circulation, boost lymphatic drainage and release tense muscles which are all too common in today’s desk-bound jobs.
30 minute relaxing leg & foot massage . £30
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
